The Captain & The CEO
Many small businesses are "flying by the seat of their pants." They rise early, work hard to put food on the table and at the end of the day are exhausted, hoping to erase two nickel production in his pocket. Am I right?
What does "fly with the pants"? Most people know this and said that someone decide on a plan as they go along. It could also mean that a person, a reactionSituation, rather than proactive and planning for the future. "Winging it" could be another way to say it. This actually said at the end of 1930 reports of a flight from New York to Ireland, Douglas "Wrongway" Corrigan emerged. Mr. Corrigan was a sound and accomplished pilot. He has also worked on a special plane to Charles Lindbergh and was inspired by Lindbergh's flight across the Atlantic in 1927. He asked permission from the government to a non-stop flight to Ireland to do, but itsApplication was rejected. In 1938, Corrigan told authorities that he would fly to California, but landed in Dublin after a 29-hour flight. His plane took off in thick fog, airport officials said they had avoided for the first buildings to the east, before he could turn around and westward to California. Corrigan visibility so poor that he had to fly from his sleeve, and swore that he was in the west, even though he was headed east. Most people really believe that Mr. Corriganofficials wanted to avoid and to realize his dream of a flight across the Atlantic.
As an entrepreneur, you are the CEO, the Chief Executive Officer. The Encyclopedia defines this role as the chief executive or administrator of the entire leadership of the company. A CEO is usually the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the CEO and other officers usually has under him.
Some of the duties of a CEO are:

* To see the future opportunities for change
* In order to formulate and planning
* Promote the organization's mission
* To manage human resources
* To manage the financial resources
Most small business owners have many responsibilities. You are the president, treasurer and secretary of his company, in addition to being the CEO. If youBusiness, you have your business seriously, so to act that is taken as the CEO, if you are 20 employees, 10 employees, or do not.
