Perhaps taking a cue from Republican lawmakers, Mitt Romney has come out with another video hitting Barack Obama, this time targeting the president?s economic promises.
The web video ?He?s Right? pulls Obama?s 2009 comments in which he said he?ll either turn the economy around in three years or be a one-term president. The quick-hit video adds, ?He?s Right ? Make it One Term.?
Romney has been unrelenting in his video attacks on Obama. The ?Bump in the Road? series last week attempted to show how voters were being devastated by the administration?s economic policies. LikeSenate Republicans, however, Romney?s ?He?s Right? video highlights Obama?s previous promises of an economic recovery.

Of course espresso by itself is a very nice drink to enjoy all by its self. Either an Americana or hot Latte are my two favorites when visiting the local coffee shops in my home town. Probably the best coffee I have every had was in Tokyo - as the Japanese seem to do everything very well! This delicious coffee was at a high-end coffee shop at one of the very large train stations found throughout Tokyo. Upon seeing a line of people waiting to get into to shop we decided to see what all the excitement was about. After a 30 minute wait we got a table, ordered our espresso and had fruit tarts on the side. The espresso was smooth and silky, and the fruit tarts were out of this world.

Causes

It is also likely that a woman who suffers recurrent miscarriages will go on to have a healthy baby. According to the ACOG, an analysis of recent studies shows that between 35 and 85 percent of women with unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss who do not receive treatment or who take a placebo during a subsequent pregnancy eventually will go on to have a successful pregnancy.
What Does Not Cause Miscarriage

The families of six men murdered by loyalist paramilitaries in 1994 have said they are "shocked" at a police ombudsman's report into the killings.
Emma Rogan's father Adrian was one of those shot by the UVF at the Heights Bar, Loughinisland.
"For 11 years after the murder of our loved ones, police did not even have the focus and strategy to keep us informed, " she said.
The families' solicitor described the report as "timid, mild and meek".
Niall Murphy said the families believed the report proved police colluded with those involved and that the RUC made "no real attempt to catch the killers".
The ombudsman's report found that there were failings in the investigation. However there was insufficient evidence of collusion.
The six men who died were Adrian Rogan 34; Malcolm Jenkinson, 53; Barney Greene, 87; Daniel McCreanor 59; Patrick O'Hare, 35, and Eamon Byrne, 39.
They were all Catholics. Mr Greene was one of the oldest people to be killed in the Northern Ireland Troubles.
Speaking at a press conference on Friday, Aidan O'Toole who was a barman on the night of the murders said the report raised "serious inconsistencies".
"In some cases, police did not even bother to take fingerprints or DNA," he said.
"The RUC and the PSNI could not even identify one of the killers even though he left a hair behind."
Patrick McCreanor, a nephew of Dan McCreanor said: "How long will we keep on hearing the same old story. How many times can evidence go missing from police custody?"
Maura Casement, a niece of Barney Greene said that the ombudsman refused to investigate a link between British Army agent Brian Nelson and the murder weapon.
The press conference was told that the ombudsman's report made no mention of RUC special branch.

The report published on Friday said police failed the families of the six people murdered by loyalists in 1994 by not investigating the killings properly.

Sixteen people have been arrested in connection with the attack but no-one has ever been convicted.
The relatives of the victims believe the police's investigation was impeded by its desire to protect its informers within the ranks of the UVF.
They made a formal complaint to the office of the Police Ombudsman in 2006.
Mr Hutchinson, who met the families prior to the publication of his report on Friday, said that is still their contention.

"An ongoing Serious Crime Review will seek to re-establish direct lines of communication with the families."

CHEYENNE, Wyo. ? Wyoming has become the first state to begin using a suite of cloud computing tools from Google for its entire executive branch of government, allowing data and applications to be stored on remote servers and accessed over the Internet.
New technologies enabled by Google Apps for Government include desk-to-desk video conferencing and live online collaboration while creating documents.
The system, which went online in Wyoming on Monday, was formally unveiled Wednesday as Gov. Matt Mead cut a red data cable with scissors.
"Wyoming likes to be first and that's a great message for us. This is kind of an early round in this technology and for a company like Google, we need the right partners to work with," said Dave Girouard, president of enterprise for Google, who flew to Cheyenne for the event.
Wyoming expects to save at least $1 million a year because it won't need to maintain some servers and will rely instead on secure remote servers operated by Google. The state also won't need to bother with figuring out how to update platforms, which Google handles.
Meanwhile, all state agencies will share a uniform email system containing an employee directory for the first time.
Several cities including Los Angeles have begun using Google Apps for Government over the past year or so. Federal agencies including the General Services Administration and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration likewise have chosen Google over government services available through competitor Microsoft.
Wyoming doesn't have a reputation as a high-tech state but that could change. This month Mead plugged a $70 million National Center for Atmospheric Research supercomputing facility near Cheyenne as a project sure to draw more tech business after it becomes operational next year.
Google Apps for Government will enable the state to save through government efficiency that's difficult to quantify, said Flint Waters, the state's chief technology officer.
"In man-hours saved, I'm sure that $1 million is very, very conservative," he said.
Wyoming has allocated $5 million for the switch but Waters said he expects the state to come in under budget.

WASHINGTON ? Two Republican lawmakers' decision to quit deficit-reduction talks as a critical deadline approaches doesn't necessarily mean the negotiations have collapsed in disarray. It may signal the time has come for President Barack Obama to step in.
House Majority Leader Eric Cantor quit the bipartisan talks between lawmakers and Vice President Joe Biden on Thursday, saying they were at an impasse over taxes.
The Republican-dominated House simply won't support any tax increases, Cantor said. But Democrats insist that additional revenues be found by closing tax breaks, alongside the trillions of dollars in spending cuts. The negotiators are seeking a deal that can get lawmakers in both parties to vote to raise the limit on the government's borrowing by Aug. 2 to avoid a first-ever default on U.S. debt.
The other Republican in the negotiations, Sen. Jon Kyl of Arizona, also exited the talks. The departure of Kyl and Cantor, R-Va., means the most difficult decisions have been kicked upstairs to Obama and House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio.
It had long been assumed that the Biden group would set the stage for more decisive talks involving Obama and Boehner. As a result, Cantor's move was interpreted as trying to jump-start the talks rather than blow them up ? a view shared by Cantor himself.
"The purpose here is to alter the dynamic," Cantor said.
In fact, Cantor's withdrawal came after Boehner had already made a trek to the White House ? in a secret meeting Wednesday night that followed up on a golf outing over the weekend. For his part, Cantor didn't inform Boehner of his decision to leave the talks until Thursday, shortly before the news broke, said a GOP official familiar with the situation. The official required anonymity because of the sensitivity of the information.
The White House sought to put a positive spin on developments.
"As all of us at the table said at the outset, the goal of these talks was to report our findings back to our respective leaders," Biden said in a statement. "The next phase is in the hands of those leaders, who need to determine the scope of an agreement that can tackle the problem and attract bipartisan support. For now the talks are in abeyance as we await that guidance."
For his part, Cantor said the secretive Biden-led talks had "established a blueprint" for agreement on significant cuts in spending.
One of the byproducts of Cantor's departure was to provide an opportunity for partisans on all sides to make statements at odds with the positions they may have to take to achieve a deal. Democrats insist that at least some new revenues are needed ? both to soften spending cuts and to line up the Democratic votes needed to pass the measure.
"It will take Democratic votes to pass any debt-ceiling agreement," said Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. "As a result, certain things are going to have to be true. We cannot make cuts to Medicare benefits. We have to allow for revenues like wasteful subsidies for ethanol and oil companies. And we have to do something on jobs."
"President Obama needs to decide between his goal of higher taxes or a bipartisan plan to address our deficit," said Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. "He can't have both."
As for Democratic demands for new deficit-financed "jobs" initiatives, McConnell scoffed: "What planet are they on?"
Cantor said that plenty of progress has been made in identifying trillions of dollars in potential spending cuts to accompany legislation to raise the $14.3 trillion cap on the government's ability to borrow money.
The Obama administration says passage of the legislation by Aug. 2 is necessary to meet the government's obligations to holders of U.S. Treasurys. The alternative is a market-shaking, first-ever default on U.S. obligations.
Ministers have sought to increase disclosure about public sector pay
Some of the UK's top public servants have lost a battle to prevent details of their salaries being made public.
The Information Commissioner has told 24 mandarins, lawyers and quango bosses paid more than David Cameron that it was not in the "public interest" for their pay details to remain secret.
Last year ministers published a list of public sector workers paid more than £150,000.
But 24 individuals refused to allow their details to be published.
The Information Commissioner Christopher Graham ordered the disclosure following a review triggered by a BBC request under Freedom of Information laws.
He concluded that it was "legitimate expectation" for the details to be made public given the individuals' jobs were paid for by the taxpayer.
"Being open and transparent is an integral part of being accountable to the taxpayer and, like it or not, this level of disclosure goes with the territory," he said.
"Those who receive some of the highest salaries in the public sector should expect certain information on their public or work life to be made public, including details of their remuneration."
"There is strong, legitimate public interest in the public knowing how its money is spent, how public sector salaries compare with those in other areas and how money is distributed between different levels of staff."
The Cabinet Office - which has sought to publish details of what top public sector earners are paid as part of a transparency drive - has 35 days in which to comply with the ruling or appeal against it.
But sources have suggested ministers are happy with the ruling as it will improve transparency.

NEW YORK ? A light rain was falling earlier this month over New York as the debut performance was getting under way of a production of "All's Well That End's Well" as part of summer's Shakespeare in the Park series.
"I kept thinking, `They're going to cancel. They're going to cancel,'" recalls Annie Parisse.
They didn't. So she and her fellow actors spent the next three hours jumping puddles and enduring a soaking as they gamely performed in the uncovered Delacorte Theater.
Parisse, making her debut in the park, had just learned a key lesson: A squall must blow through Central Park to derail one of the Public Theater's most beloved annual shows.
She was also taught that night about how passionate visitors are to Shakespeare in the Park. While many of the crowd left as the rain intensified, many did not, huddling for warmth and cowering from the drops.
"I was like, `That's very special,'" she says. "I thought, `Well, after intermission, it's going to be half the people.' But I was amazed."
Parisse, who played assistant district attorney Alexandra Borgia from 2005-2006 on NBC's "Law & Order," has been soaking up the experience of her first outdoor Shakespeare. She's been getting pointers from her co-star, Tony Award-winner Tonya Pinkins, who is making her second appearance.
Pinkins, who was in a 1994 Shakespeare in the Park production of "The Merry Wives of Windsor," says it thankfully never rained that summer, but she has memories of other annoyances.

Both women are tackling two Shakespeare plays at once. Besides "All's Well," which is being directed by Daniel Sullivan, Parisse and Pinkins have roles in "Measure for Measure," directed by David Esbjornson.
The two, who share a dressing room, have a lot in common: Both have appeared in "Law & Order" and the soap opera "As the World Turns," though never together. Now they get to do Shakespeare in the Park.
"If you're going to work in New York, you're going to have to have done those jobs," says Pinkins.
"That's a good trifecta," agrees Parisse.
Scholars call the two Shakespeare works "problem plays" since they mix so much tragedy with the comedy. Both also have strong female characters, who scheme and outwit men to get what they want ? something that attracted both actresses.
"The character that carries both of these plays is a woman," says Parisse. "The women in both of these plays are the actors, they're the people who initiate the action."
Pinkins agrees: "They get what they want."
In "All's Well That End's Well," which opens Saturday, Parisse plays Helena, a woman hopelessly in love with a nobleman she pursues and eventually tricks into marriage. In "Measure for Measure," which opens June 30, she plays Mariana, who also uses trickery to save a life. Pinkins plays the Countess of Rousillion in "All's Well That End's Well," and Mistress Overdone in "Measure for Measure," a brothel owner.
Parisse, who had never seen either play before this summer, says both are not easily categorized. There's humor, but also sex used as a tool and plenty of scheming to increase one's position in society.
"They are funny but really messed up stuff happens in both of them. And these women cause messed up things to happen," she says. "I think there's an impulse to want to name things. And these plays kind of defy that, I think."
Pinkins, who played the title role in "Caroline, or Change" and won a Tony in "Jelly's Last Jam," and Parisse, whose film credits include "Monster-in-Law," "National Treasure" and "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" are also learning the rigors of repertory.
"I'm always amazed that I still know my lines when we come back to the other play," says Parisse. "I feel like once it's in your body, it's really in there in a totally different way than contemporary dialogue is."
Then there's the other stuff that can threaten one's concentration ? the mosquitoes, the helicopters overhead, the cold weather and the raccoons. The raccoons? Pinkins pulls out her smart phone and shows a photo of one of the animals snapped near the stage one day.
"It's their house," she says.
The two actresses have also gotten an important tip about how producers of the Central Park series view inclement weather.
"Their definition of a light rain...," Parisse says.
"... is very different than mine," Pinkins answers, laughing.

TAMPA ? If former Hillsborough County Commissioner Kevin White promised influence in exchange for towing jobs, it was influence that didn't matter.
Hillsborough's two largest law enforcement agencies say a request from White wouldn't have persuaded them to add a towing company to a list they use when they need vehicles hauled away.
The Sheriff's Office hasn't added a company in about a decade. It has about 30, which is plenty, said Col. Greg Brown.
And the Tampa Police Department adds any towing company as long as it's within city limits and certified by the Public Transportation Commission.
"You get one tow, and then you go to the bottom of the list," said police spokeswoman Laura McElroy. "It's a foolproof system."
White and his late father, Gerald, were accused this week by the U.S. Attorney's Office of promising several men help in getting on these lists, accepting $8,000 in bribes and a 2003 Lincoln Navigator in return.
A federal indictment filed Wednesday states Kevin White called the Sheriff's Office twice in June, attempting to get one company ? Tri-County Auto Towing Inc. ? on the rotational list.
The call didn't do any good.
The Sheriff's Office declined to describe White's calls or name the recipient. Brown said White's request held no weight, and Tri-County was not added to the list.
"Adding a company is based on need," Brown said. "If we needed someone, we'd open it up and have anyone who's eligible apply.
"If we don't have a need, we aren't going to open something up just because an individual asked us to or told us to."
White could not be reached for comment Thursday. His attorney, Grady Irvin, said he doesn't want to comment on the case and that it will be difficult to seat a jury because of the publicity.
According to the indictment, White also promised to help a tow permit application "sail through" the Public Transportation Commission, which he chaired at the time.
A permit wouldn't guarantee a spot on any law enforcement list because the commission only qualifies which companies are eligible. But it would get the company one step closer.
The PTC staff does the legwork for the agencies, completing criminal background checks and truck inspections.
One person who wouldn't meet the PTC's requirements is George Hondrellis, the Tampa City Towing owner indicted along with White. Hondrellis is accused of initiating discussions with the commissioner's father.
His criminal record dates to 1983, and its 25 arrests include charges of grand theft, aggravated assault with a shotgun, drug possession and burglary.
He made news when he was arrested in 1996 on charges he had over the course of a few months towed legally parked cars from city streets and private property, then charged car owners $100 to $300 for their return. Records show several charges from that period were dropped.
His son, Nathan, said that his father had been in business 27 years and that he will be cleared of the indictment.
"It's all a joke, anyway," he said in a phone interview Thursday. "It's a big publicity stunt."
George Hondrellis could be heard shouting in the background of the interview, saying reporters should look at records of other towing companies.
George Hondrellis often called the PTC staff to complain about his competition, said Mario Tamargo, chief inspector for the PTC. Records that would show whether Hondrellis was ever certified by PTC were not available Thursday, but Tamargo said he didn't think Hondrellis had been.
"He knows he can't get on rotation because of his criminal record," Tamargo said.
That didn't stop Hondrellis from asking about it in late 2009. The PTC sent him a form on Nov. 23, 2009, describing the certification requirements and reminding him that the commission has no control over law enforcement's rotational lists.
Hondrellis didn't return a completed form in his name, Tamargo said.
The indictment states a month earlier, in October 2009, Hondrellis had met with an informer about setting up a towing company to get on the lists.
On Nov. 19, 2009, Hondrellis told the informer he paid $2,000 to White's father, Gerald, to get a new company on the lists.
A few years ago, Hondrellis asked to join the Hillsborough Towing Association but the board declined, said its president, Steve Allen.
"Everybody worries about your reputation, and when you get one bad egg, it makes the whole cart stink," said Allen, president of Port Tampa Towing.
