That's INcredible news! That's a large step in his road to recovery, though he's still in serious condition:
"Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning. [He] continues to be hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. His condition has been upgraded to serious. Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes.?
Such a great thing to hear. We bet everyone close to him is super excited to get this news, and we really hope he keeps getting better!
